This fine Scutellum species trilobite fossil from the Devonian period comes from the famous fossil beds of Morocco. Belonging to the order Corynexochida and Styginidae family, Scutellum is known for its oval, streamlined body and beautifully textured exoskeleton.

The specimen is nicely preserved on its original matrix, showcasing excellent detail in the thorax and pygidium.
