FossilsAndMore is an online store specializing in the sale of fossils, minerals, and meteorites. We aim to offer high-quality products for all sorts of collectors, educational purposes, and decorative purposes.

Where do your products come from?
Our products are carefully selected from reliable sources around the world. We collaborate with experienced suppliers and collectors to ensure authentic and high-quality items.

Are all fossils legally obtained?
Yes, we acquire all our fossils in a legal and ethical manner. We adhere to all international laws and regulations regarding the trade of fossils and minerals.

Can items be combined for shipping?
Yes, we offer the option to combine multiple items for shipping to save on shipping costs. This will be calculated automatically during checkout for most destinations.

What is the delivery time if I order today?
The delivery time may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Generally, we aim to ship orders within 2 business days after your order.

Is there a physical store available?
Currently, we operate only as an online store. We do not have a physical retail location, but we offer an extensive selection of products through our website and during some trade fairs.

Do the fossils come with a COA (Certificate of Authenticity)?
No, the fossils will come with a small information card, displaying both age and location. Since there is no independent organisation determining the authenticity (like for instance with meteorites) we decided not to offer a COA

Do you buy older collections as well?
Yes, we regularly buy old collections, however we normally do not buy individual pieces from individuals.

I have a fossil and I would like to know what it is, can you help?
Absolutely! Feel free to contact us with a description or photo of the fossil, and we will do our best to help identify what it is. Also check out Fossilforum if you would like help with determination of your fossil.

How can I pay?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are securely processed through our secure payment gateway.

Is shipping insured?
Yes, all our shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. In the rare event that something goes wrong, we will do our utmost to resolve the issue, but please be aware you are covered.

Can I return my orders?
Yes, we offer a return policy where you can return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition.

Can I cancel my orders?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
