This genuine tektite from Laos is a piece of natural impact glass, formed when a meteorite strike melted terrestrial material and ejected it into the atmosphere, where it cooled and solidified before falling back to Earth.

Laotian tektites are known for their dark color and sculpted, aerodynamic surfaces. Each specimen is unique in shape and texture, reflecting the extreme conditions under which it formed.
