This genuine Suchomimus tenerensis tooth fossil was discovered in Niger, home to some of the most important Early Cretaceous dinosaur sites in Africa. Suchomimus was a large spinosaurid theropod, closely related to Spinosaurus, and known for its elongated crocodile-like snout and fish hunting behavior.

The tooth shows the classic slender, conical shape and natural enamel typical of spinosaurid dinosaurs. This specimen dates to approximately 112 million years old.
